I loved watches ever since I was little, but I had never owned a Casio G-SHOCK. This changed about a year ago when I got my first G-SHOCK from Time Vibe, the GM-2110D with the sunburst orange dial.
I instantly became my favourite watch and it also got me into the world of G-SHOCKs. Since then I have gotten more G-SHOCK, and I want even more because I have just started to love them. For me the Casio G-SHOCK watches represent 2 things:
1. Innovative technology with super durability that can take a beating and still function in harsh elements of nature.
2. The design, I love the design of the G-SHOCKs, they are unique to no other watch and stand out from watches that cost many times their price. And also they are bold and scream out “We wern’t born to follow” as Bon Jovi sings.
These two things make me want even more of them. At the moment I have my eyes on the brand new mudmasters that where just released about a month ago (February 2026), the G-SHOCK Mudmaster GG-B100XM-1A and the G-SHOCK Mudmaster GG-B100X-1A. But it’s difficult to choose between the metal bezel and carbon fibre bezel versions, both are just so cool!
